Project Name: SEM Advertising Strategy

We’re looking for experienced and data-driven SEM professionals based in the Philippines to support a long-term digital advertising initiative focused on global markets. This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible hours and growth potential based on performance.
Project Overview:
As part of our SEM Advertising Team, you will:
* Develop and execute paid search strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
* Monitor and optimize ad performance in real time.
* Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing pages, campaign structures, and content.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor insights to suggest strategic changes.
Qualifications:
* Filipino national residing in the Philippines
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in overseas SEM advertising, particularly with platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads
* Familiarity with various Google Ads formats, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
* Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or other analytics tools
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills
* Excellent communication and project management abilities
* A quick learner with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Preferred:
* SEM experience in SaaS enterprise software or international markets
Project Details:
* End Date: December 30 (with possible extension)
* Workload: 4+ hours/day
* Compensation: Starts at $2.50/hour (adjustable based on experience and performance)
