What you'll do:

  • You will work within the Data Products tribe, in the product division, responsible for consumer, seller, and courier behavior data for Zé Delivery and TaDa.
  • You will be responsible for the Segment (CDP), including data management, governance, maintenance, and reliability.
  • You will build and maintain data pipelines using sources such as CRM, Paid Media, Segment, Data Lake, etc.
  • You will be the point of reference for the Product team and other business areas regarding Segment.

What you'll need:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze customer, seller, and courier behavior data across all channels.
  • Enrich data with transactional information to generate insights for DTC, Bees, and Ambev.
  • Provide actionable insights into customer, seller, and courier behavior.
  • Enable personalized experiences and continuous improvements.
  • Be the primary source of integrated behavior data for strategic decisions. 
  • Ability to read materials, produce studies, and present them in English.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (other languages are a plus).
  • Ability to identify complex problems, use business knowledge and analytical tools to formulate and validate hypotheses, generate insights, and guide the team.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing experiments (e.g., A/B Testing).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Firebase, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud solutions like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Teradata.
  • Experience with Azure and AWS.
  • Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of our business model and being a reference in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python/R, forecasting, clustering, tracking, metric monitoring, etc.).
  • Develop new technical KPIs and create workflows based on Azure or AWS.
  • Remediate security vulnerabilities and manage the data lifecycle/retention.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date.
