Position Priorities

Digital Designers: Starting with accessibility, but also with understanding responsive mobile-first design strategies and using industry-standard tools like Sketch and the Adobe Creative Cloud, it is expected that this person will provide the highest quality product that meets WCAG guidelines without losing aesthetic appeal.

Front-end Developers: With an ability to balance working on a team with strong independent problem-solving skills and ownership of their code. We are always seeking professionals with React and Wordpress web development experience. Knowledge and work experience with accessibility (WCAG 2.1) is important.

Project Managers: As a pivotal role on the team, this person must track, manage, and facilitate internal and external client conversations among stakeholders, end-users, and the team to maintain and prioritize business value in any product. Understanding the principles of digital/web projects and effectively manage elements of projects all the way to deployment and delivery.

Data & Visualization Specialists: The Data Analyst & Visualization position sits at the nexus of computer science, analytics, and business. Using a range of tools and information sources, the data analyst is integral in using data to measure effectiveness or tell a story based on the analysis of myriad pieces of information. In addition, the data analyst should be able to create simple visualizations that help others understand and engage with their research.

Macintosh Engineers: Our Mac Engineering team delivers the Mac platform as a secure, stable, and user friendly tool for development, design and business functions for our clients. The Senior Macintosh Solutions Engineer supports the stand-up of Mac as a Service, aiming to reach feature parity with the Windows endpoint environment. This position plays a key role in providing support for VMware Workspace One/Jamf Pro server(s), Mac Imaging, and Mac Endpoint/Desktop Security including packaging, deployment scripting & testing, shell scripting, and tier 3 technical issue resolutions.
