Heritage Companies is growing our Security team, and we’re looking for dependable & professional Security Officers to join us at multiple locations throughout Albuquerque.
Heritage will pay for your Level 1 Guard Card and additional required certifications, including CPR, giving you the opportunity to build valuable credentials while joining one of New Mexico’s leading hospitality organizations.

What You'll Do
As a Security Officer, you’ll help protect our guests, team members and properties while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
Responsibilities may include:
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor property activity
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees and visitors
- Respond appropriately to incidents, disturbances and safety concerns
- Monitor entrances, exits and other designated areas
- Document incidents and complete security reports
- Assist guests and team members when security support is needed
- Identify and report potential safety or security concerns
- Communicate professionally with Security leadership and property management
- Follow established emergency, safety and security procedures
- Provide a security presence that is professional, helpful and hospitality-focused
