🔹 ROVER – Vehicle/foot patrols; deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity

🔹 GATEHOUSE – Access control; greet and ID residents/guests, log vehicles, announce visitors

🔹 FRONT DESK – Customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
• Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor's arrival
• Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
• Monitor and/or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
• Warn violators of infractions (e.g., loitering, smoking, and/or possession of prohibited items)
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries, or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
• Identify and report any concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
• Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
• Other duties to be determined by management

📝 QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ Must be at least 21 years of age or older

✅ High school degree or equivalent

✅ Valid state licensing REQUIRED (Texas Guard Card)

✅ Professional demeanor and appearance

✅ Basic computer skills

✅ Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks

✅ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

✅ Minimum of one year of customer service experience

✅ Minimum of one year of security experience

✅ Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

✅ This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods of time
