Major Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and regularly review security policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats
• Design and implement security strategies to mitigate risks specific to financial services operations
• Oversee daily security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, and incident response
• Manage and coordinate the security team, including guards and control room operators
• Implement and maintain advanced security technologies, including CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems
• Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure physical and digital security measures are integrated and aligned
• Assist in implementing and enforcing information security policies to protect sensitive financial data
• Coordinate physical security measures for data centres and critical IT infrastructure
• Develop and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans
• Conduct regular drills and exercises to test and improve emergency preparedness
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure coordinated response capabilities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and client’s global security standards
• Prepare and submit regular security reports to the client’s global security teams and local management
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and corrective actions
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for all client employees
• Conduct specialized training for security personnel on financial industry-specific threats and protocols
• Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization
• Manage relationships with external security service providers and technology vendors
• Oversee contract negotiations and performance evaluations for security-related services
• Develop and manage the annual security budget
• Identify cost-effective security solutions without compromising protection levels
• Justify and secure funding for security enhancements and technology upgrades
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security matters with client’s global teams, local authorities, and JLL Facilities Management
• Provide expert security advice to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Stay informed about geopolitical developments and security trends that may impact operations
• Any other security-related duties assigned by JLL Facilities leadership

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in security management, preferably in financial services or critical infrastructure protection
• Professional security certifications highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of physical and information security best practices for financial institutions
• Experience with security technologies and integrated security management systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment
• Knowledge of local security regulations and international financial industry standards
