【業務内容】

大企業のお客様プロジェクトにおけるサイバーレジンリエンス技術者として、主にバックアップ対策、ランサムウェア対策などお客様のデータ保護に対する課題解決のためのソリューションの提案、導入、運用をリードしていただきます。

技術者としてプロジェクトの技術対応や課題対応をメンバーやビジネスパートナーと共に対応・リードすると共に、プロジェクトの成功に向けて進捗・課題管理やチームビルディング、お客様とのコミュニケーションを行うプロジェクトマネージャーとしての対応が含まれます。

Security engineers who will play an active role in the cyber resilience area, focusing on secure data management, backup solutions and anti-ransomware solutions for business continuity.

【Business Activities】

As a cyber reinsured engineer in a large enterprise customer project, you will lead the proposal, implementation, and operation of solutions to solve customers' data protection issues, mainly backup and anti-ransomware solutions.

As an engineer, you will respond to and lead technical and issue responses to projects together with members and business partners, as well as schedule and issue management, team building, and communication with customers for the success of the project as a project manager.

Who You Are

オンプレミス、クラウドのインフラ設計・構築の経験

バックアップ、事業継続の領域で5年以上の経験

ランサムウェア対策の設計・構築のリードまたは管理者としての運用の経験(バックアップデータの改変不可、データ隔離など)

プロジェクトの進捗管理(マスタースケジュール、WBSの作成・管理)、課題・リスク管理の経験

ネイティブレベルの日本語

英語による読み書き

【歓迎スキル】

Rubrik, Dell, Veeamに関わる提案、導入、運用経験

AWS, Azureスキル全般

ネットワーク、WEB、エンドポイントなどのセキュリティ全般スキル

セキュリティ関連の資格(CISSP、ベンダー資格など)

プロジェクトマネージャー資格(PMPなど) 

英語によるコミュニケーション

【Required Skills】

Experience in designing and building on-premise and cloud infrastructure

More than 5 years of experience in the field of backup and business continuity

Experience in designing and building anti-ransomware solutions as a lead or as an administrator (e.g., backup data protection, data isolation, etc.)

Experience in project management (creation and management of master schedules and WBS), issues and risk management

Native level Japanese

Reading and writing in English

【Preferred Skills】

Experience in upstream processes related to Rubrik, Dell, Veeam.

General AWS and Azure skills

General security skills, including networking, web, and endpoint

Security-related certifications (CISSP, vendor certifications, etc.)

Project manager certifications (e.g., PMP) 

Fluent english communication
