We are looking for a Security Administrator to join our team at MORSE Corp. You will play a critical role focusing on Industrial Security as we continue to grow and take on more classified programs. This role comes with opportunity to be exposed into other aspects of security such as Special Access Programs (SAP) and Communications Security (COMSEC).  

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with initiating, processing, and tracking PERSEC actions, Personnel Access Requests (PARs), nominations for employees to special programs, and foreign travel and contact reports

  • Administer new hire and continuing security education awareness; deliver security briefings and debriefings for foreign travel; maintain current records

  • Prepare and administer required security briefings and debriefings

  • Prepare all reports for Industrial security assessments and self-inspections

  • Administer and control all classified material in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)

  • Receive, inventory, mark, transmit and disposition classified material - including all correspondence related to the same

  • Ability to conduct error-free updates of sensitive or proprietary information into various databases

  • Provides escort duties and other security assistance as needed for inspections, events, special activities, and construction projects. 

  • Responsible for administration pertaining to classified visits, both on site and at other cleared facilities

  • Interface with Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) representative during vulnerability assessments and as required

  • Facilitate implementation of security controls for incoming foreign national visits

  • Administer delivery and recovery of all badges and access authorizations with IT

  • Perform destruction of classified documents and media

  • Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) as required

Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, and minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 0 to 2 years of prior related experience with 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree

  • Experience using DoD information systems such as JPAS, DISS, SWFT, and NISS

  • Superior written, verbal, and computer skills; proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
