At ONE ZERO, Israel’s first fully digital bank, we are building the technology that powers a new era of intuitive, transparent, people-first banking. We are seeking a Back Office Employee to ensure the correctness and reliability of our trading systems, covering both back-office and front-office operations.
This is a hands-on role working directly with trading operations teams, market data providers, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), internal banking systems, and our trading application. You will perform end-to-end validations to ensure systems meet regulatory, business, and technical requirements.
- 2+ years of experience in trading systems, investment banks, or asset management back-office operations - Must.
- Strong understanding of back-office trading processes and securities handling - Must.
- Experience working with market data files - Must.
- Solid understanding of business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, test planning, and test execution.
- Independent and self-driven.
