Job responsibilities
- Support the Fund Administration product offering with 5+ years’ experience
- Execute product strategy and roadmap, including new product offerings and technology development
- Maintain active industry presence by attending conferences, reviewing whitepapers, and participating in panels
- Liaise directly with key clients and internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class service delivery
- Collaborate across Operations, Technology, Sales, and Service teams
- Monitor and track new business opportunities
- Review client change requests and align to strategic priorities
- Develop reporting to assess profitability and oversee operational expenses
- Maintain oversight of key vendor relationships, including internal risk assessments and scorecards
- Serve as escalation point for issues and conduit for Product-related requests
- Ensure activities are reflected in risk and controls self-assessment and business control forums
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 5 years of investment services or relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred
- Knowledge of the securities industry and applicable regulatory and operational requirements for fund accounting and administration
- Proven ability to multi-task and think critically
- Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player respected as a trusted partner with Business, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
