As a Vice President in Private Equity and Real Estate Services, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team, overseeing accounting and reporting functions, and developing KPIs for outsourced activities. You'll ensure client deliverables are timely and accurate, review financial statements, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve interacting with JPM stakeholders and clients, resolving queries, and supporting special projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a team and external client relationships.
- Oversee accounting and reporting functions for private equity funds.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for outsourced activities.
- Implement internal controls and create efficiencies in the operating model.
- Manage LP/investor capital calls, distributions, and financial reports.
- Review financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
- Ensure fund compliance with partnership agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Interact with JPM stakeholders and communicate with clients on fund matters.
- Resolve client/investor queries and support special projects.
- Identify fund issues and escalate to Senior Management.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Significant experience in closed-ended funds with in-depth industry knowledge.
- Qualified accountant with experience in US/Lux/UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Knowledge of Investran or Advent Geneva is essential.
- Team player with networking ability and independent workflow management.
- Demonstrates JPMorgan Values and strong presence and presentation skills.
- Proactive attitude, ability to multi-task, and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
