With over 120 global clients, Agency Securities Finance (ASF) offers a comprehensive suite of agency lending, secured financing, and related services, enabling clients to generate incremental income and optimize funding and collateral usage. The ASF Product Management team is responsible for the day-to-day running of the program and the development of new product capabilities aligned to evolving client demand, counterparty requirements, and regulatory change. As an Associate within ASF Product Management, you will support the delivery, governance, and growth of the ASF product platform across the Western Hemisphere - Americas (WHEM) region. You will partner closely with Trading, Client, Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Tax teams, using data and market insight to support product decisions and client solutioning while operating within a robust risk and control framework. This role is based in New York.
Job responsibilities
- Support day-to-day product management activities across WHEM, including governance and change delivery
- Assist with ongoing monitoring of regulatory and market developments and help coordinate business impact responses
- Support the implementation of short- and long-term ASF product enhancements and expansion opportunities in WHEM, aligned to client needs, counterparty dynamics, and competitive and regulatory frameworks
- Support internal governance and approval processes for product launches and enhancements; assist in the preparation of forum materials and coordination of implementation plans
- Support commercialization by producing clear client-facing and internal product content
- Produce product summaries, management updates, and project communications for key stakeholders
- Partner with Trading, Sales, Client Coverage, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Tax to help deliver initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years in product management; securities lending a plus, broader secured funding/markets knowledge valued
- Strong understanding of market structure and key participants
- Strong analytical skills; able to use data and apply market intelligence
- Strong written and verbal communication; effective stakeholder management across levels and functions
- Able to produce clear, concise materials across formats and communicate effectively in forums
- Strong execution: project management, prioritization, attention to detail; thrives under deadlines
