Leads end-to-end strategy consulting engagements, owns sector-level P&L, manages research and analyst teams, develops data models and sector insights, and builds CXO and client relationships. We seek a seasoned consulting professional with 7–10+ years of experience who can drive end-to-end
client engagements, own sector-level P&L, and build CXO relationships. This role requires proven
expertise in strategy projects such as GTM, growth, and due diligence, along with strong leadership to
manage teams, ensure delivery excellence, and represent the firm as a thought leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research & Insights
o End to end ownership for planning and driving deep & high-quality research for sector allocate
each month through team of analysts (quantitative and qualitative)
o Update data dashboards on “benchmarks” portal accurately and with 100% timeline compliance
each month
o Build complex data models for data management and analysis of research data collected
o Work
with Practice Managers to build new IP through structured initiatives and workstream planning
- Thought Leadership
o Build new insights and spot trends on the sector(s) through continuous analysis of data and
identify WHY behind data trends
o Prepare high quality presentations and support in building sector insights newsletters for clients /
freemium users of benchmarks portal / key CXOs in internet ecosystem
o Work with Practice Managers on building actionable insights for clients
- Client Engagement
o End to end ownership of resolving all the client queries each month / quarter
o Support Practice manager in presenting insights to client / engaging for any client queries
- Organizational Development and support
o Team management and workstream planning for efficient delivery of outputs
o Support in at least one org initiative
Requirements
- Tier 1 B-school with 0-2 years’ experience
- For experience candidates – experience in research, insights generation, client management,
presentation building and team management
- Any experience in new-age industries is a plus (internet ecosystem / companies)
- Good problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
- High quality XL skills and ability to build models
- Ability to create innovative research processes to test various hypotheses
- Strong number sense
- Ability to draw insights from data
- Driven/Motivated about working in an entrepreneurial setup and challenging situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
