- Team Development & People Management: Lead the full employee lifecycle for direct reports (engineers and technicians), including recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, performance appraisals, technical coaching, and professional development.
- Data Integrity & Quality Standards: Enforce rigorous laboratory best practices, data collection protocols, and standardized test methodologies to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable feedback to IC design and product teams.
- Technical Escalation & Resolution: Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex test anomalies, bench instrumentation faults, or setup failures, providing hands-on troubleshooting guidance.
- Capacity & Lab Resource Planning: Coordinate bench resources, equipment availability, and workload scheduling to align with project milestones and customer delivery commitments.
What You Will Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Supervisory Experience: 3+ years of progressive senior supervisory experience leading technical teams, or an advanced degree with 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid working understanding of semiconductor validation flows, bench test methodologies, characterization instrumentation, and laboratory management.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and technically coach a team of engineering and technician professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Organization: Strong organizational, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with design, product, and quality engineering teams.
