Job Details
The Secondary Marketing Analyst II position is within the Capital Markets department, which primarily handles the selling and delivery of loans. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing reporting and data management solutions around these departmental functions. The position requires a good foundation of technical knowledge and strong critical thinking skills. Additional responsibilities will include ad hoc information requests, building data reconciliations, and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and reporting through a variety of technologies for:
- Departmental models
- Data reconciliations
- Process automations
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting related to:
- Volume and Metrics Analysis
- Key Performance Indicators
- Audit reporting for internal compliance, federal, state, and other business partners
- Collaborate with internal customers to gain knowledge as well as identify streamlining opportunities to increase efficiencies
- Improve accuracy through building data reconciliations which can assist in adherence to agency and investor guidelines
- Supports customers to resolve issues with systems or business processes/procedures
- Source operational data to design and develop Power BI dashboards
- Prioritize implementation of high-impact projects plus quick wins
- Communicate complex ideas to Business and Technology Partners
- Assists with development and testing phases of projects as needed
- Other tasks assigned or ad hoc requests
Qualifications
- 2 years Reporting Analyst experience highly preferred
- SQL
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- VBA
- Power Apps & Power Automate
- Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Highly technical with strong aptitude for working independently
