What we’re looking for:

  • A senior sales leader with a proven track record in complex solution sales to Tier 1 Communication Service Providers, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and digital value-added services.
  • Strong experience and established relationships with major telco groups, especially T-Mobile / Deutsche Telekom at Group and/or Germany level, with broader exposure to the European telecom market.
  • This is a senior individual contributor role requiring a consultative sales approach, strong hunting capability, and the ability to engage C-level stakeholders while navigating complex, multi-level sales cycles.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead strategic demand generation and market development for Allot’s SECaaS portfolio across target telecom accounts in Europe
  • Identify, qualify, and win new SECaaS opportunities with Communication Service Providers, with particular focus on strategic target accounts
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the region
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key decision-makers across business, marketing, product, and technology functions
  • Drive consultative sales engagements by shaping customer vision, articulating business value, and tailoring proposals to customer priorities
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs
Requirements

What you should have:

  • Strong knowledge of and proven sales success with T-Mobile / Deutsche Telekom, either at Group level or in Germany
  • 10+ years of sales and account management experience selling to Communication Service Providers (CSPs) in Europe
  • Strong track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within the telecom sector, including origination, qualification, and deal closing
  • Proven success in consultative selling of cybersecurity and/or value-added service solutions for consumer and/or SMB markets
  • Well connected at senior and C-level within the telecom ecosystem, with the ability to open doors and build strategic credibility
  • Consistent top-performer with a history of exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English & German; other languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
