TES includes several contact centers focused on the quick and seamless resolution of a variety of issues. From RedCard® Guest Services to the Client Support Center (CSC), we pride ourselves on infusing every interaction with that signature Target service that guests and team members alike have come to expect. We directly support Target’s bottom line through building guest loyalty as the retailer of choice and taking care of our team members so that they can get back to the work they do best, from headquarters to stores to distribution centers.
As a Seasonal Specialist Financial Product Operations, you will work in the Brooklyn Park facility and provide back-office support to our guests, TES service centers, external vendors and agencies, and business partners by researching, reviewing, and processing written requests in a timely and accurate manner. These requests are related to RedCard™ account maintenance, collection processes, payment inquiries, and legal documents such as subpoenas and affidavits. You will be responsible for clearly understanding and abiding by all policies and procedures and adhering to strict data security guidelines and compliance regulations, while achieving performance and service level goals utilizing strong time management and attention to detail. We also convert paper checks and coupons sent weekly from our stores, sorting and filing the Sales media from Target Stores and imaging the checks for long term retention and retrieval. You’ll ensure proper destruction of this media based on Target’s retention guidelines.

This role requires on-site work at our Brooklyn Park campus. This is a seasonal role for Target. Your employment can be up to 175 days in length.
Hours of operation are 6am to 5pm Monday through Friday and your training and work shift will fall between those hours.
About you:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of previous guest experience or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with guests, team members and internal business partners with a professional, friendly and empathetic style.
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Works well on a team while being self-motivated
- Ability to use various information sources to answer questions, identify problems and appropriately resolve guest issues
- Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications
- Proficiency with Fiserv preferred
- Requires standing in 2 – 4 hour increments on occasion while sorting media from the store
