What you will do as a Seasonal Recruiting Specialist -
- 100% on the phone
- Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided)
- Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions ( template provided)
- Making job offers, sending background checks
- Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation
What you need to be successful as our Seasonal Recruiting Specialist - Creole
- Enjoy talking with people
- Experience with MS Excel skills
- Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams - 0365
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment
- Strong rganizational & communication skills
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Passion for People
