The Role
Project Overview:
We are looking for native Korean speakers residing in South Korea to join an exciting long-term project focused on improving search engine performance and recommendation accuracy. As a Search Relevance Evaluator, you will assess how well user search queries align with their true intent. Your insights will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of search algorithms and personalized content delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate search queries and determine how accurately they reflect user intent
* Provide feedback on the relevance of results and recommendations
* Follow detailed guidelines and maintain high-quality standards
* Collaborate with a remote team and respond promptly to communications
Candidate Requirements:
* Native Korean speaker currently living in South Korea
* Strong English comprehension (project materials and communication will be in English)
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* Ability to work at least 4 consecutive hours per weekday
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment
* Willingness to attend a remote training session before starting the project
