The Role
Project Overview:
We are seeking native Japanese speakers currently residing in Japan to participate in a long-term AI relevance project. As a Search Relevance Analyst, your role will be to evaluate how well user search queries align with their actual intent. This work is critical to enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of search results and personalized content recommendations.
Your contributions will play a key role in training and refining cutting-edge AI systems used in real-world search and recommendation engines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess the relevance between search queries and user intent
* Provide high-quality evaluations based on established guidelines
* Offer insight to support improvements in AI recommendation models
* Maintain consistent availability and communicate promptly with the project team
Candidate Requirements:
* Native Japanese speaker currently living in Japan
* Strong command of English (project materials and communication will be in English)
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* Ability to commit to at least 4 consecutive hours per weekday
* Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work
* Must attend a mandatory online training session prior to the project start
