What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a crucial role in driving our growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and present Droxi’s value.
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Managing inside sales efforts and supporting business development initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
Who you are
An experienced Sales Development Representative with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry—Knowledgeable about software products is a plus.
- Skilled in inside sales, lead generation, and client communication.
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Proficient in building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Comfortable using CRM software to manage client interactions.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- A holder of a bachelor’s degree.
