In this role you will get to:

Define architecture, design, and implementation of Test Automation Solutions.

Participate in setting up an Automated Testing Environment for multiple
-
UI/Web-based based applications
-
Design and build test cases and leverage existing Automation Frameworks to build
-
new test scripts while maintaining existing test scripts as per product requirements.

Translate manual regression test cases into automated test scripts.
-
Lead/implement testing for large-scale, web applications tools, and/or software.

Advocate best practices to team members and development teams.

Collaborate with Development Managers, Product Owners, and other teams to ensure

the highest quality of the product by architecting automation-focused solutions.
Who you are:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
-
3-5+ years of proven experience in defining, developing, and owning test automation infrastructure for a large enterprise.

Solid foundation in software testing fundamentals.

Good balance between manual and automated testing
-
Good understanding of DOM (Document Object Model) with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

Experience with GraphQL.

Experience with using Postman or similar testing tools for REST API testing is a must

Fluency in a variety of languages, frameworks, and tools for automated testing solutions such as JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, Java, TestNG, RestAssured, Selenium, Jasmine, SpecFlow, Cucumber, Protractor, MongoDB, Hibernate, REDIS, Sauce labs, BrowserStack.

Ability and interest in developing test automation frameworks from scratch.

Be able to contribute to building continuous integration and deployment solutions (Jenkins, TeamCity, Harness, etc.) that served large software engineering organizations.

Developing test strategies, and test plans based on user stories, functional specifications, use cases, and/or business requirements

Flexible work at Priceline
Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
