What Are We Looking For:

As an SDE3 at Sixer, you will be at the forefront of technological innovation, responsible for leading large-scale projects and guiding the strategic direction of software development.

Technologies: NodeJs, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop sophisticated software solutions in a microservices environment.
Lead technical decision-making processes and drive innovation.
Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of software development experience.
Proficient in architecting, building, testing and maintaining ecosystems.
Proven track record in system architecture and project leadership.

Skills:

Exceptional leadership and influence in technical and non-technical circles.
Outstanding problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Experience in developing and maintaining high availability and performance platforms.
