Scrum Master & Delivery Lead 

Role Summary

This role is focused on driving Agile delivery excellence for Connectivity / IoT Embedded Device teams. The individual will act as a Scrum Master and delivery leader, ensuring predictable execution, strong team health, and effective collaboration across hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile teams.

The role includes light ownership of requirements clarity and backlog structure but does not require deep technical architecture leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scrum Master (Primary Focus)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives

• Ensure predictable and sustainable delivery

• Remove blockers across teams

• Drive cross-team coordination

• Coach teams on Agile best practices

• Foster team ownership and continuous improvement

2. Delivery Management & Execution Oversight

• Track KPIs: predictability, cycle time, defects

• Ensure clear sprint goals

• Manage dependencies and risks

• Support release planning

3. Backlog & Requirements Facilitation

• Ensure backlog is structured and prioritized

• Clarify requirements with stakeholders

• Define acceptance criteria

• Promote clear user stories


4. Continuous Improvement & Agile Maturity

• Drive actionable retrospectives

• Improve processes and workflows

• Support scaled Agile adoption

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

• 5+ years in Agile roles

• Strong Scrum Master experience

• Experience with Jira / Confluence

• Strong communication and facilitation skills


Nice to Have

• IoT / embedded exposure

• Scrum certification
