Scrum Master

You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise. Your expertise in Agile Project Management will shine as you foster a dynamic and productive environment. We are excited to see how you can make a difference in this role! Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to enhance team engagement. Manage interdependencies between agile teams to ensure smooth project execution. Partner with Product Owners to support release planning and maintain the backlog. Develop and implement testing plans to ensure quality deliverables. Participate in the end-to-end process for introducing new components or enhancements to existing modules. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management. Expert proficiency in Scrum. A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills. Assoc. Degree/College Diploma in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced proficiency in Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development). Advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching.
