You will work closely with team members to identify and remove any barriers that may hinder their progress, while also tracking and reporting on the team's performance through appropriate metrics. Your role is crucial in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and high-quality deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Support the team in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management, Agile Process Coaching, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Process Coaching, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and workshops. - Ability to coach teams in Agile practices and principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
