P3 is an independent and international technical consulting company with a strong presence in Romania. P3 was founded in 1996 as a spin-of from the Fraunhofer Institute and focuses on co-developing innovative solutions in various domains as automotive, energy and e-mobility.
P3 digital services is the division focused on architecting, developing and testing intelligent IT solutions for specific business requirements of international clients.
What you'll do:
- Coach the team to reach their highest potential.
- Driving the teams in Scrum ceremonies.
- The Scrum Master will be dedicated to several teams. He will own the rules of Scrum, helping to identify and removing impediments from his teams while promoting self-management and constantly improving our standards of work.
- The Scrum Master will work in a SAFe environment, with direct and constant contact with other SMs, POs and RTE.
- As part of our Agile community, the Scrum Master collaborates with his peers to align on Agile methodologies applied consistently to all teams.
- Help build a productive environment.
- Foster an attitude of self-management on the team.
- Ensure the team effectiveness.
- Help resolving conflicts.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience in Computer Science
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master. At least 2-3 years
- Several years of professional experience in software development, not limited to coding roles.
- Able to deal with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Has an agile mindset and thoroughly understands agile software development methodologies.
- Must be self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types.
- Leadership skills.
- Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Able to propose solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
- Must be a team-player and a team-builder.
Nice to have:
Previous experience in automotive.
Working before with SAFe.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)-> are a plus.
