Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value-driven features
• Remove impediments and foster an environment conducive to high-performing teams
• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and feedback loops
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must have skills: Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM)
• Good to have skills: Experience with Agile tools like Jira or Trello
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of Lean principles and practices
Additional Information:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Finnish and English communication skills
• The candidate must be resident in Finland
