Scrum Master

As the Scrum Master, you will have oversight for client satisfaction and delivery within your team(s), and build confidence with clients and product teams re: our ability to deliver exceptional products. You will obsess over the business outcomes your client is seeking to achieve, and align your team to achieve those outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Project Manager / Scrum master will be responsible for both the day-to-day Agile ceremonies of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) integration team, as well as tightly manage the execution—from analysis, design, and planning to development, launch, monitoring and documentation—of a growing portfolio of AdTech programs and projects. 
• The ideal candidate will have experience getting things done in a large, distributed, fast-paced enterprise organization. Moreover, the ideal candidate will be practiced in objectively self-assessing performance, highlighting areas of success, and striving to improve areas that can be better. 
• Manage supply chain projects, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) integration with current SCM flows and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and shop floor teams.
• Provide oversight on inventory management and flow processes.
• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders on the shop floor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, business or related field preferred.
• 4+ years professional experience as Scrum master or PO.
• Strong project management background, particularly in agile and scrum methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain operations and WMS systems.
• Hands-on experience managing projects on the shop floor.
• Technical background, ideally with an understanding of how inventory moves through the supply chain.
