Joining us as a Scrum Master
As the Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding Agile delivery within the Software Development department. You will collaborate closely with the development team to ensure that Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are met and products are successfully delivered, all while adhering to the Kanban framework.
You’ll receive a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experiece, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Lead and serve in Scrum meetings: refinements, daily stand-ups, stakeholder meetings, and retrospectives
- Oversee squad progress using JIRA Kanban boards
- Remove blockers inhibiting squad progress
- Liaise with the Product Owner to ensure clear project deliverables
- Communicate progress to business sponsors, key stakeholders, and external clients, where appropriate
- Empower the development team to deliver the required product solution
What you’ll bring to the role
You'll have experience leading or assisting in Scrum project delivery and you should also bring expertise in the following key areas:
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High level of self-motivation and attention to detail.
