Infotel is currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Barcelona. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in implementing and ensuring the adoption of Agile principles and practices within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the effective use of Scrum processes and support our goal of delivering high-quality software products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Coaching and mentoring the development team in agile practices and the adoption of Scrum
- Identifying and removing any impediments or barriers that may hinder the team from reaching their sprint goals
- Collaborating with product owners to ensure the product backlog is properly maintained, prioritized, and refined
- Monitoring and tracking the team's progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders, and addressing any risks or issues
If you are a certified Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile software development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
- Scrum Master certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
