The scrum master facilitates the agile ceremonies as part of project management and manages the Azure Devops (ADO) board to ensure that project delivery status is accurately reflected. This role is expected to support a number of small projects running concurrently where needed.
- Scrum Facilitation: Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Ensure that these events are productive, focused, and follow Agile principles.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor team performance metrics and Agile process effectiveness. Provide insights to the team and stakeholders regarding progress, potential risks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Project Coordination: Any other project coordination activities as needed, e.g. consolidating deliverables and ensuring they are met per Infineum gates. Set up an ADO board for each project for full visibility of progress, including delivery plan, velocity, risks, and dependencies, and work with squad members to ensure up to date status of items on the ADO board.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team by promoting Agile best practices, inspecting and adapting processes, and facilitating retrospectives to identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and open communication environment within the team and with stakeholders. Promote cross-functional cooperation and shared understanding of project goals.

- Agile Expertise: A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, or other relevant frameworks. Ability to apply Agile practices effectively within a team.
- Facilitation: Proficiency in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, workshops, and meetings. Skillful in guiding discussions, ensuring participation, and driving productive outcomes.
- Proficient in the use of Azure DevOps board (full functionalities)
- Leadership: Ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and cultivate a collaborative and self-organizing environment. Able to work independently.
- Metrics and Analysis: Familiarity with Agile metrics and the ability to analyze data to assess team performance, identify trends, and drive improvements. Meticulous with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas, provide clear instructions, and foster open dialogue within the team and with stakeholders.
