Job Description:

• Scrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Team Empowerment: Coach the Scrum team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their understanding and adoption of the Scrum framework.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address any impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is refined, organized, and ready for sprint planning.
• Sprint Planning: Work with the Project Manager and the team to plan and prioritize sprint goals and user stories, ensuring that commitments are realistic and achievable.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and communicate key Agile metrics, such as velocity and sprint burndown, to provide transparency into the team's progress and performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Scrum team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirement:

• Must have Computer science background.
• May have Jira knowledge.
• Refer Junior to Mid-level (1 to 3 years)

Skills:

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Should know about agile process.

Shift Timings: Afternoon (12:00 p.m. – 09:00 p.m.)
