Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead Unleash
high-performing teams. Crush impediments. Deliver transformation that matters.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Scrum Master / Project Manager
who doesn’t just facilitate Agile — they ignite it. You’ll be the
energetic force behind high-performing cross-functional teams, driving
predictable, high-quality delivery in a large-scale, regulated transformation
environment.
This is a servant-leadership role for someone who thrives on
action: a natural driver with razor-sharp organising skills, who balances team
empowerment with the discipline, transparency, and governance that complex
programmes demand. If you love removing blockers, coaching teams to excellence,
and making delivery feel both disciplined and exciting, this is your
stage.
What You’ll Own & Drive
- Lead,
coach, and energise cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering,
QA, DevOps) to deliver agreed outcomes with predictability, quality, and
pride.
- Facilitate
high-impact Agile ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews,
and retrospectives — that are sharp, outcome-focused, and time-boxed (no
death-by-meeting here).
- Act
as the ultimate servant leader: relentlessly remove impediments, unblock
the team, and champion continuous improvement every single day.
- Partner
closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure the backlog is
crystal-clear, prioritised, and truly “ready” for delivery.
- Make
progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers highly visible — then
proactively manage them so nothing surprises the programme.
- Navigate
hybrid delivery realities with confidence, aligning Agile execution to
waterfall milestones, stage gates, and release readiness where needed.
- Own
and master RAID management across the team(s), ensuring risks,
assumptions, issues, and dependencies are accurately captured and acted
upon.
- Embed
client security, quality, and regulatory standards into everyday delivery
without slowing the team down.
- Cultivate
a culture of ownership, accountability, psychological safety, and genuine
collaboration across teams and workstreams.
