- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance Agile adoption and improve team dynamics.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team s progress to maintain productivity.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a learning environment.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles to support team processes.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide team interactions and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to track and report project progress using relevant metrics and tools.
- Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving within team settings.
- Capability to foster a collaborative and transparent team culture that encourages continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
