We are seeking a certified Scrum Master with strong hands-on experience in Agile delivery to drive
high-performing Scrum teams. The ideal candidate is proactive,
delivery-focused, and skilled at coaching teams, removing impediments, and
ensuring Agile best practices are consistently applied.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional
Agile teams
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily
Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring
continuous improvement and high team maturity
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that block
team progress
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure a healthy,
prioritized, and well-groomed backlog
- Track and communicate Agile metrics (velocity, burndown,
cycle time, predictability)
- Maintain Risk Registers for the project and ensure mitigation
through stakeholders collaboration.
- Create and maintain the Project plans throughout the project
lifecycle.
- Drive on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with
business priorities
- Act as a change agent, promoting Agile mindset across
stakeholders
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams to
optimize delivery flow
- Ensure transparency, visibility, and effective communication
across all levels
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum
Master in Agile delivery environments
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM /
SAFe SM or equivalent – mandatory)
- Strong practical experience with Scrum, Agile frameworks,
and iterative delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and
resolve conflicts proactively
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (developer,
QA, product)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience using Agile tools such as Jira,
Confluence, etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
- Proactive, self-driven, and delivery-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Experience in Scaled Agile environments (SAFe / LeSS /
Nexus)
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud-based delivery models
- Experience working in onsite / client-facing roles
- Coaching or mentoring experience for junior Scrum Masters
- Experience working in pharma / regulated environment
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
