The Impact you will have in this role:
Scrum Master plays a critical role within a ServiceNow delivery squad, bringing together Agile delivery leadership and techno-functional expertise. This role drives effective Scrum execution across geographically distributed teams, collaborates with business stakeholders to convert demand into clear requirements and user stories, and partners with Product, Platform, and Engineering teams to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes while maintaining platform health and enterprise standards.
This role serves as a trusted partner to senior business stakeholders, working closely with ServiceNow Product Owners, Platform teams, and Delivery partners to ensure business demand is clearly articulated and well-prioritized. It ensures delivered outcomes drive measurable business value while maintaining the long-term health, integrity, and strategic alignment of the ServiceNow platform and enterprise standards.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Agile Delivery Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach Product Owners and squad members, maintain a healthy backlog, remove impediments, manage JIRA/PPM updates, and align priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery commitments across geographically dispersed teams.
- Business Engagement & Requirements: Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders, lead discovery sessions, translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and impact assessments, and bridge communication between business, Product, Platform, and Engineering teams.
- ServiceNow Solution Alignment: Partner with Product Owners and Platform teams to refine and prioritize the backlog, evaluate solution options, and ensure delivery aligns with out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities, enterprise standards, security, compliance, governance, and long-term platform sustainability.
- Delivery, Release & Stakeholder Coordination: Support delivery from intake through UAT, release readiness, and deployment by coordinating resources, schedules, code movement, scope, dependencies, validation activities, risks, metrics, dashboards, and transparent stakeholder communications.
- Continuous Improvement, Governance & Controls: Document current- and future-state workflows, identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes using ServiceNow, encourage feedback and continuous learning, strengthen intake and requirement practices, and proactively monitor and escalate risks and controls.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- 8+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience in Scrum Master, business analyst, or techno-functional analyst roles, including preferably 4–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow, experience across one or more modules such as CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, WSD, or EAM.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow platform concepts, including CMDB/CSDM, workflows, data structures, roles, business rules, integrations, reporting, dashboards, Performance
- Analytics, platform administration, scoped applications, update sets, and upgrade or patching best practices.
- Experience operating in Agile/Scrum delivery models, including the ability to leverage JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, user story traceability, dashboards, delivery reporting, and cross-team dependency tracking.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and offshore–onshore delivery models, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and global teams.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders, manage competing priorities and ambiguity, and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with experience producing high-quality business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and impact assessments.
- Capital markets, post-trade, or broader financial services domain experience is highly desirable.

- Certified Scrum Master or Project Management– Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Plus
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA – Plus
