As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Scrum Master to work directly with our clients, major players in the Energy, Railway, Defense, Telecoms and Industry sectors.
1. Facilitation of the Agile Framework
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
Support the team in the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Remove obstacles and ensure the team has the necessary resources.
Encourage collaboration and communication within the team.
2. Continuous improvement and team performance
Implement Agile performance indicators (velocity, burndown chart, lead time, etc.).
Foster a culture of feedback and continuous learning.
Help the team identify and resolve malfunctions.
Raise awareness among teams about good practices in agile development.
3. Support for stakeholders
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear and well-prioritized backlog.
Ensure communication between development teams, the Product Owner and stakeholders.
Train and raise awareness among business teams on Agile principles.
4. Risk management and problem solving
Identify and anticipate risks that could impact sprints.
Help resolve conflicts and propose suitable solutions.
Ensure methodological and technological monitoring.
Required skills
Technical skills
Mastery of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Knowledge of Agile management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps).
Understanding the challenges of software development and product life cycles.
Training: Bac +3 to Bac +5 in IT, project management or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role.
Languages: French and advanced English
Desired certifications:
PSM I / II (Professional Scrum Master)
CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master
