As our Scrum Master, you will play a key role in fostering an agile mindset, guiding teams through Scrum practices, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. Beyond facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments, you will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and support manual testing efforts, contributing directly to product quality.

• Act as a servant leader and coach for the Scrum team(s), ensuring adherence to agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Identify and resolve team impediments to maintain steady progress.
• Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices across the organization.
• Support manual testing activities, including test case execution, defect reporting, and validation of fixes.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing in software projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA processes.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Certification(s) such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master is highly desirable.
• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
