- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to refine user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for development.
- Conduct business analysis activities, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Drive continuous process improvement through business process modeling and gap analysis.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by participating in testing, UAT coordination, and validating business requirements.
- Utilize Agile tools like JIRA to track progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, fostering clear communication and timely decision-making.
- Mentor and guide team members on Agile practices and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Agile and business analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading Agile projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and its practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
- Proficiency in using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other project management frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct gap analysis and provide process optimization recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
