As a Scrum Master/Business Analyst, you will offer your experience and skills working among a collaborative and dynamic team of individuals. You will bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural.
Your Role
- Work alongside the Government Product Owners to develop an Agile backlog consisting of features, epics, and stories to be worked within development sprints, and develop requirements in conjunction with the PO team.
- Complete testing activities surrounding SIT, FQT, UAT, and System production testing during release intervals.
- An active participant/driver of Agile Ceremonies, including DSUs, Sprint Grooming and Planning, Sprint Retro, and Sprint Reviews.
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and manage task assignments throughout the product lifecycle.
- Must have the ability to obtain a US Public Trust Clearance.
- College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- At least 1 year related technical experience, as a business analyst and scrum master - developing features, epics, and stories to be worked within development sprints, and develop requirements.
- Experience with testing activities surrounding SIT, FQT, and UAT.
- Working on complicated problems and providing solutions that are highly creative and ingenious, exhibiting ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
- Preferred: Certification as SCM or similar Agile/Scrum certifications.
