We are looking for a highly driven Agile leader with expertise in Scrum and Release Management to guide teams and manage Salesforce DevOps processes. This is a full-time contractual role starting from June 25, 2025, through January 25, 2026, with a possibility of extension or permanent hire.
In this hybrid position, you will ensure smooth sprint execution, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and oversee Salesforce package releases. You'll collaborate closely with developers, QA, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality SaaS products and scalable infrastructure.
What You Will Do- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth team collaboration and progress.
- Ensures the smooth execution of each sprint, from planning to delivery, helping the team stay focused on the sprint goals while managing day-to-day tasks. Collaborating with product development and product QA team.
- Design branching strategies and automate deployments across environments.
- Release Process Ownership: Oversee and manage the entire release process, ensuring timely updates to release notes, alignment of team members, and adherence to project timelines.
- Guide teams in Agile best practices and Scrum methodologies to optimize performance.
- Collaborates with the Product Designers / Managers to ensure the backlog (Features & Bugs) is refined, tasks are prioritized, and the team clearly understands what needs to be delivered
- Identify and remove obstacles to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery by involving the right stakeholders at the right time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and technical requirements.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure clear communication and transparency with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adapt to project changes and priorities while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Agile trends and tools to enhance team effectiveness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders using professional-level English.
- 5+ years of proven expertise in facilitating Agile and Scrum processes, guiding cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrable experience in leading full-cycle Scrum practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Understanding & ownership of the release process
- Extensive experience in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence along with planning tools such as Miro.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution for the development team.
- Capabilities in tracking and optimizing team performance metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team capacity planning.
- Strong knowledge of Agile metrics, ensuring transparent reporting to stakeholders and the leadership team.
- Previous experience working as a Scrum Master in a Salesforce development environment or on Salesforce-related projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred; knowledge of scaling Agile frameworks like SAFe is a plus
- 7-month full-time contract (with potential for extension or permanent hire)
- Must be able to start no later than 25th June 2025
