What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and fabricate screens to meet detailed job specifications
  • Support production by troubleshooting screen-related issues and reducing downtime
  • Read and interpret job tickets to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Reclaim screens and handle materials according to environmental standards
  • Respond to press calls and work closely with production teams
  • Monitor schedules to prioritize screen preparation
  • Track quality and production output data
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
  • Rotate responsibilities to build skills and support the team

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret job specifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of safety practices and procedures
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in screen printing or fabrication
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
