This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

- 本科学历，3年以上实验室工作经验或大专学历，7年以上实验室工作经验或硕士应届生
- 有机化学、分析化学或药物化学等相关专业
- CET-4 >=425或同等水准,具备英语读写能力，能够撰写各类英文记录

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years laboratory work experience or Associate degree and 7+ years laboratory experience or Master's recent graduate
- Specialized in organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, or pharmaceutical chemistry
- English reading and writing skills, CET-4 >=425 or equivalent
