Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related engineering field
- 5+ years of progressive engineering program management experience (DoD/DoW or equivalent industry)
- Strong systems engineering/HSI/modeling & analysis background
- Experience reviewing/approving technical documentation:
- Roadmaps
- System design documents
- Use cases
- Test plans
- Product transition plans
- Technical proposals
- Experience managing:
- Technical planning
- Risk management
- Technology transition strategies
- Signed NDA prior to performance start
Highly Desired:
- Master’s degree in engineering or systems/human performance-related field
- DAWIA Practitioner (ETM) or PMP certification
- R&D program experience and/or Human Systems Integration (HSI) studies
- Agile methodology experience
- AI management tools experience
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Core hours: 0730–1730
- Max: 40 hours/week
- Flexible schedule (Mon/Fri) possible with COR/Gov PM approval
- Occasional after-hours support may be required
