Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Mitarbeiterplanung und -organisation im Schichtbetrieb
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Betreuen der Produktionsanlagen und Einrichtungen
- Eigenverantwortliches Beheben von Störungen
- Verantwortlich für ordnungsgemäße Wartungsarbeiten (Planung, Überwachung und Durchführung)
- Erfassen und Analysieren der Ausschussteile und eigenverantwortliches einleiten von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Überwachung und Einhaltung von Ordnung / Sauberkeit in der Linie nach der 5S Methode
- Durchführung von Sicherheits- und Umweltbestimmungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Regelungen des Magna-Produktionssystems im täglichen Arbeitsablauf, insbesondere der Dokumentation der Kennzahlen.
- Kontinuierliche Durchführung von KVP-Aktivitäten sowie deren Umsetzung
- Einschulung neuer Kollegen sowie Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen
Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerbliche-technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (>3 Jahre) in der Produktion (Automotive), idealerweise mit Personalführung (fachlich & disziplinarisch)
- Belastbarer Teamplayer mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Selbstständige Organisation und Koordination im Bereich der Produktion sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Qualitätsverständnis und Einsatzbereitschaft zur 3-Schicht sowie Wochenendarbeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office

Skills Required
- Completed vocational technical training
- Several years of production experience (>3 years), automotive
- Personnel leadership experience (technical and disciplinary)
- Ability to organize and coordinate production in shift system (3-shift) including weekend work
- Reliability, quality awareness, resilience, and assertiveness
- Proficient use of MS-Office
