The Project Office, KFA, is a dynamic and collaborative environment where we focus on driving cross-functional projects that cut across several different job families. We take charge of key decisions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective use of time and resources. Our team oversees organising project teams, assigning r esponsibilities, developing project schedules, and identifying r esource requirements. Our department is passionate about mai ntaining high compliance with all internal and external regulations, ensuring the success of our facility expansion projects.
The position
As a Scheduling Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with regulations for facility expansion. Your main tasks will include:

  • Regularly update and study project schedules to monitor progress and identify potential delays.
  • Develop mitigation strategies for schedule delays and collaborate with project managers.
  • Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources effectively, optimizing workforce productivity.
  • Participate in recurring meetings with the project team and maintain project schedules aligned with project goals and client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to project managers, emphasizing key milestones, risks, and action plans, while ensuring high compliance with all internal and external regulations and requirements for facility expansion.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a scheduler or project planner.
  • Possesses strong logical ski lls with experience in schedule analysis and demonstrates strong communication and social skills.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies, scheduling best practices and standards, as well as an understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency (minimum TOEIC score of ≥ 500).
