Description
Scheduling Manager provides leadership to a team of Scheduling Specialists. The Scheduling Manager ensures accurate workforce schedule planning, optimized staffing allocation, effective attendance control, and smooth daily scheduling operations, while maintaining high standards of efficiency and driving continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide and oversee the Scheduling Unit to ensure effective team performance and smooth scheduling operations
- Provide ongoing training, create development plans, and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure team follows internal processes and standards
- Oversee the creation of shift rotas and break plans for all studio staff
- Ensure schedules are always aligned to business needs, operations requirements, and forecasted traffic
- Oversee last-minute replacements and ensure real-time staffing coverage
- Design and continuously improve the scheduling process, tools, templates, and rules
- Use data and forecasting metrics to optimize workforce distribution
- Clearly and promptly inform leadership of staffing forecasts, team requirements.
- Produce regular reports and analyses for management (scheduling performance, staffing levels, upcoming risks, overtime, gap- filling statistics)
- Maintain accurate documentation of scheduling rules, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company internal policies and Labor Cod
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Live Casino, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position
- Huge plus is being familiar with Jira or similar project management tools and experience working with scheduling software and performance management systems
- Strong team management and staff coordination skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage change
- Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus
