The Moses Auto Group is looking for self-motivated individuals as a Business Development Representative to join our successful team! 

The Business Development Rep receives, processes, and coordinates all incoming service requests. Receiving inbound calls and making outgoing calls in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner ensures excellent customer service and sales generation. In addition, they work closely with the Service departments to meet our customers' needs. 

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.), and may have a working knowledge of automotive sales/service. They must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements:

Requirements 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
  • Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite

Compensation 

  • Training wage of $18/hour plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Sign-on bonus is paid out as follows: $500 on first pay period, $1,000 after 60 days, $1,000 after 90 days.
  • Starting wage of $15/hour plus commission after training (estimated first year earnings $50k)
