Job Summary:

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is crucial in managing patient appointments, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining organized workflows to enhance patient care and provider efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments in accordance with provider availability and geographic area.
  • Prioritize and schedule urgent appointment requests promptly.
  • Ensure that all messages are accurately completed and distributed appropriately.
  • Reschedule patient appointments as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
  • Review and update patient insurance information regularly.
  • Manage a high-volume workload efficiently by prioritizing tasks to support prompt and courteous service.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other healthcare team members.
  • Reach out to referring sources for patients having scheduling difficulties.
  • Update account information at the point of scheduling to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain provider daily appointment quotas to optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Schedule new patients within 3-5 business days of initial contact.
  • Handle insurance preauthorization processes efficiently.
  • Place calls to patients on behalf of providers when necessary.
  • Manage and address voicemails daily, ensuring all inquiries are resolved appropriately.
  • Accurately notate patient charts to maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications:

  • Must have proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role, in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic medical records systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and preauthorization is preferred.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FULL-TIME, IN-OFFICE POSITION.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
